Temple Of Odin FMP- New and Improved Diorama

I decided to re-create my FMP project from university as a refined diorama, a smaller more concise environment that showcases my best assets in a more advanced way. This project allowed me to tackle new techniques that I had not had time to implement during my time at university, such as megascans blended materials, this allowed me to try vertex painting and really push the levels of realism on the ground. I also explored moving complex water textures, and leaf particle systems, building both of these from scratch. Finally, I spent a lot of time reaching out to some very kind artists and acting on their feedback, which took my lighting and post-processing knowledge to the next level, so a huge thank you to Bahar, and Holly not only for the advice but for helping me to expand my industry connections. While I spent time creating many assets, textures and blueprints in my FMP, I found I had lost the direction of how to achieve the most professional outcome with my work, so while some of those assets did not make the cut for this scene, I am incredibly happy with all that I have learned!

Ground Level Foliage Not by me (Grass, Ivy, Shrubs) these are Bridge assets used to save time!
I was responsible for the idea generation and full modelling pipeline process in this piece, including engine implementation and shader creation.
